We believe leadership is not about positions but the ability to drive change. We cultivate the next generation of Zambian leaders who are capable, confident, and rooted in their communities.

We work to secure Zambia's future by empowering young people to build sustainable livelihoods that protect the planet. Climate change is our reality—we meet it with local action.
Our efforts center on securing food systems, reviving indigenous knowledge, and training youth in agro ecology and zero-waste initiatives.
